We know that beggars cannot be choosers and we welcome your generosity in any form. Some cyclists have food alergies, while others just prefer a simple vegan diet. We all agree that we prefer to eat locally grown organic produce. These are among our favorite foods.

Unsweetened Applesauce or Cider
Flax Seeds, Oats, Kismet, Quinoa and other seeds & cereals - toasted, boiled, or sprouted
Cabbage, Broccoli, Mustard, Turnips, and all Brassicas - raw or cultured (Kim Chi or Sauerkraut)
Soy Yogurt, Tofu, Tempeh, Miso and other bean/grain cultures
Nuts and peanuts, especially roast & ground (peanut butter)
Potatoes, Yams and other root crops, especially grated into a raw salad
Pumpkin and other squashes
Carrots, especially juiced
Spinach and other dark green veggies - also great juiced
